"...system freezes and slows after installing Shield Deluxe... Free customer service means online chat with agents who kept referring user to other departments or links to resolve the problems. Then abruptly cut off chat line. If the links don't resovle the problem, user need to log back into online chat to a different agent who asked user to restate a simple issue that could have been resolved in 10 minutes but were dragged out to 3 days. My problem is still not resolved!"

"...Despite what it says here, their product isn't Vista compatible. I signed up for their monthly subscription to the 2008 version. I paid my first month's fee of $4.99 and downloaded the software. When I tried to install it said, "Security Shield does not support Vista." I canceled the subscription, but they won't give me my first month back..."
