I like the 24/7 computer help feature which came in really usefull for my wife when I was travel and she had a printer problem -the fixed her all up..."

"...CyberDefender's patent-pending Early Alert Center uses the clients themselves as threat sensors. When you have CyberDefender on your machine, it continuously reports any and all suspicious activity to the Early Alert Center. Here, the code is analyzed not by people, but by machines, using the "Universal Severity Scale" to determine whether the activity is malicious, and if so, how harmful. Once all this has been determined, the Early Alert Center sends a reply (update) to your client, and also charges it with the responsibility to update a number of peers, which in turn will update a number of other peers, and so on... "... did start off with the free anti-virus scanner that I saw on their website(http://www.cyberdefender.com) That found and got rid of a ton of spyware and Trojan crap. I had still had virus' to take care of so I bought the paid version which also came with 24/7 computer assistance that's actually helpful...."

"... downloaded the free version of cyberdefender and installed it, and got the BSOD and it would not run or install.

I contacted cyberdefender (glad I bought the upgrade) and they told me that some viruses will shut the system down if you try to install certain anti-virus software. They helped me get the system up an running, and a day later they release a new update that takes care of the adware.virtumonde virus!!!"
